Dr.R.Gnanasambandam,
is an eminent Homoeopathic practitioner, has well versed knowledge
and deep understanding in Homoeopathy, and an experience of twenty-two
years. His name is popular not only for proper handling of the
various incurable diseases, but also for his enthusiastic involvement
in social and public service activities.
He is the Editor
of Homoeo Times Journal and President of Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy
Medical Council, which is functioning as a statutory body by state
Government, he also holds position as senate member, The Tamil
Nadu MGR Medical University.
He is an Honorary
visiting professor to Sri Sairam Homoeopathy Medical College and
also lectures at various undergraduate and postgraduate colleges
in India.
He had his basic Medical studies at Government Homoeopathic
Medical College, Chennai and Post Graduation at DKMM Homoeopathy
Medical College, Aurangabad. He is also finished his graduation
in psychology at Annamalai University.
He had written six books in regional language and
hosted thirteen web sites on various topics aiming towards welfare
of Homoeopathy. He has written many articles on Homoeopathy in
various monthly and weekly journals and he had appeared in many
satellite channels for live programs.
He had conducted many free medical camps and public
awareness programs on Homoeopathy in association with social welfare
organizations. His research based scientific and evidence based
scientific papers are very popular. He established the AKP Homoeopathic
Clinical Research Center, which specialize on various incurable
diseases.
He was the founder of Tamil Nadu Homoeopathic Association,
served as General secretary for the betterment of Homoeopathic
system and declared its patron. He hosted many seminars ”Derma
97”, Homoeonet 99” and “Nephro 2000” with
great gatherings. He served as managing editor for Homoeo Pulse
Journal.
He started with great interest “Homoeo Times”
Medical Journal to serve the Homoeopathic fraternity, publishing
the evidence based scientific papers. The Journal has received
wide acceptance and the circulation is expanding every year. Various
social welfare organizations have awarded him for his continued
service to the homoeopathic community.
