Dr.Mridul Kumar Sahani is a popular clinician and
academician, well known to everybody in the field.
He is the recipient of many awards for his excellence
in education, research and dedicated service to
the society. Besides his regular clinical practice,
he teaches as a professor to the GD Memorial Homoeopathic
Medical College & Hospital, Patna and also as
a visiting professor to many colleges in India.
He is the member of Central council for Homoeopathy,
extending more to his academic works as a chairman,
Homoeopathic Literature Committee and as a member
of the education committee under the Central Council
of Homoeopathy. He is also a member of the Bihar
State Board of Homoeopathic Medicine, Govt. of Bihar.
Dr.M.K.Shani is a Guide, Examiner, for the post
graduate courses and he presented many scientific
papers in national and international conferences.
He had authored many scientific articles which were
published in leading journals and he authored a
book “Principles & Practice of Homoeopathic
Pharmacy” and few books are on print.
He is the past
General Secretary of the Homoeopathic Medical Association
of India, Bihar State branch for two terms and as
a Secretary General, The Homoeopathic Medical Association
of India for two terms. He also edits and publishes
the Journal “Homoep Tarang”.
Dr.M.K.Shani
was born on 17th September 1952, had his schooling
at St Xavier School Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and graduation
(B.Sc) at A.N.College Patna. He completed his DHMS
course from Bihar University in 1975 and MD (Hom)
from S.K.H.Medical College & Hospital, Beed,
Maharastra in 2006.
His father is
Late Dr.Bandhu Sahni, a popular physician who discovered
Transmission of Homoeopathic Drug Energy from a
distance. Dr. Sahani is soft spoken, simple, perfectionist
who renders a great service to the dynamic science.
