CHENNAI.JUN.25: A book on Vitiligo cure authoured by a homoeopath Dr.R.Gnanasambandam was released commemorating the World vitiligo day. Worshipful Mayor, Sadai Sa.Duraisamy released the book at Ripon Buildings and Thiru. G.A.Rajkumar IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Youth welfare and sports, Government of Tamil Nadu, Dr.D.Karthigeyan, IAS, Commissioner, Chennai Corporation and Thiru.R.N.Kittusamy MLA, Modakkurichi constituency received the copies. Dr.K.Raju, Deputy Director, Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, Chennai unit, Dr.P.V.Venkataraman, Member, Drug Standardisation committee, Dr.Vijay Anand, General Secretary, Indian Homoeopathic Medical League also participated. The author of the book Dr.R.Gnanasambandam expressing, Homoeopathy could tackle vitiligo without side effects without any external applications. The treatment is economical. We already released book in Tamil in 2002 and now we are coming up with English version this year to commemorate the world vitiligo day. We also hosted public awareness program.
