Chief Complaints

        Mr. A. C., a forty three year old hypertensive, diabetic male with tendency to gain weight reported for treatment of multiple, brownish pedunculated warts in beard area gradually increasing in size and number. He also reported of pain and stiffness left shoulder with restricted movement.

Clinical Findings

Blood Pressure : 140/90 mm of Hg
Weight : 112 kgs.

Past History

        H/O Thyroid disorder took Homoeopathic treatment at GCCHR.

Family History

        Family H/O Diabetes and Hypertension
        Father: Heart patient

Treatment History

        Took Glyciphage

First Prescription                        19.8.2012

        Lycopodium 30 was prescribed weekly followed by placebo for 4weeks.Photograph of right side of face was taken.

Follow Up 1                                   23.9.2012

        Warts in beard area became hard, reduced in number but increased in size. Pain and stiffness left shoulder reduced. Lycopodium 30 was repeated weekly followed by placebo for 4 weeks.

Follow Up 2                                   24.10. 2012

        Warts in beard area did not reduce in number and size further. Pain and stiffness left shoulder further reduced. Lycopodium 200was prescribed weekly followed by placebo for 4 weeks.Photograph of right side of face was taken.

Follow Up 3                                    28.11. 2012

        Patient over all better. Same prescription was repeated for 4 weeks.

Follow Up 4                                    30.12.2012

        Warts in beard area much reduced. Pain and stiffness left shoulder further reduced.Placebo was repeated for 4 weeks.Photograph of right side of face was taken.

Follow Up 5                                    03.02. 2013

        Warts in beard area almost subsided. Pain and stiffness left shoulder much reduced. Placebo was repeated for 4 weeks.Photograph of right side of face was taken.Patient is almost alright and still under follow up.
