Dr.M.L.Dhawale Memorial Homoeopathic Institute is running its Post graduate and under graduates courses. The Post Graduate course MD (Hom) course is offered at Palghar in Thane District in Maharashtra since 2002. The Institute is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. It is offering a 3yrs full time strictly residential program in 6 disciplines – Practice of Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Organon of Medicine, Materia Medica, Repertory and Case Taking. 6 students are admitted each year in each subject. The total intake capacity is 36 students. The unique aspect is the clinical training which takes place through the four Hospitals and Peripheral clinics which are run by the Institute affording extensive experience of patients residing in the urban, rural and tribal regions of Mumbai and Thane District. So far more than 100 students have passed out and are attached to various colleges, institutes or doing private practice.       

       The Undergraduate BHMS course is being offered at Karajan Campus near Vadodara in Gujarat with an induction capacity of 50 students per year. The college was established in year 2008. The infrastructure, situated on an expansive 11 acres, is one of the best in the country. The uniqueness of the course is that it is patient based and hence develops the mind of students to the integrated practice of homoeopathy. Bedside, OPD and Mobile health services are introduced to the student from day 1 of admission, so that he evolves to be community needs sensitive physician.Admissions to both courses are governed by the Central admission committee and CET is compulsory – in both courses admission is based on pure merit.
