ANAMNESIS
A boy aged 29, engaged as a merchant, came
to me for complaints of patchy hair loss over
the head, eyebrows, beard and even the genitals.
His past history revealed the exposure and
typhoid fever few years back. His blood for
VDRL was positive, which showed 1: 32 dilutions.
His built was thin, emaciated which involves
limbs and face and looks more debilitated.
His face was sunken and also insisted to cover
his complaint of Loss of Memory. He voraciously
craves liquor, had strong desire but impotent.
