IIHP Seminar at Hyderabad |
 HYDERABAD.MARCH.11:
Indian Institute of Homoeopathic Physicians hosted the
20TH All India Homoeopathic Congress at APSRTC Bhavan,
Hyderabad. Union Minister of state for Health and FW
Smt Panabaka Laxmi inaugurating the scientific sessions
emphasised the role of Homoeopathy in delivering the
health care in epidemics and promised to take the system
further.
Shri K Rosaiah,
Health Minister, Govt of Andra Pradesh speaking on the
occasion narrated the role of state government in giving
encouragement to Homoeopathy by trying to start dispensaries
of alternative systems in all community Health centers
in the state to enable the consumer the choice of the
treatment they need. He further promised more budgetary
allocation whenever it is necessary.
Dr Niranjan
Mohanty, president, presided over the function and Dr
KRK Prabhakara Murthy, the secretary general narrated
the activities of the organization. Sri PP Jauhari,
commissioner of Income Tax, Sri Ramakantha Reddy, Special
Secretary, Govt of AP, Dr Chaturbhj Naik, Director,
CCRH, Dr SP Singh, Adviser in Homoeopathy to Govt of
India, Dr GLN Sastry, Dr Vonnuru Shetty, Adl Director,
AYUSH, Govt of AP also participated.
Dr Parinaz
Humranwalla Dr Gnanasambandham, Dr Venkataraman, Dr
Sripad Hegde and Dr Jaidev Sharma under the chairmanship
Dr.G.L.SN.Satry and Co Chairmanship Dr.Davagde presented
their papers in the first session.
The second session was chaired by Dr.Shiv Sankar in
which the speakers Dr.G.Janardhan Reddy,Dr.Muktindar
Singh and Dr.B.D.Patel presented their papers. Dr.K.V.John
chaired and Dr.S.P.Singh co chaired the session Dr.Girish
Gupta, Dr.Ajit Kulkarni, Dr.Randeep Nanda, Dr.Moharana,
Dr.Sunil Parse participated in the afternoon session.
The
second day focused on the research and Education. The
morning session was chaired by Dr.V.K.Gupta, and co
Chaired by Dr.K.V.A.Padmanabham, Dr.V.P.Singh,Dr.Adil
Chimtanwala and Dr.Gopinathan made their presentations.
The final session was chaired by Dr.K.C.K.Satry and
Dr.SS Vithal.Dr.Ravi M Nair, Dr.Vargheese and Dr.Syed
Tanveer Hussain papers presented.
There after Dr.K.R,.K Prabhakaramurthy conducted a Medic
Quiz Program anchoring with Dr.Goumathi. The conference
concluded with valedictory session. Dr.Praveen Kumar
and Dr.G.Srinivasalu compared the program and Dr. Narayan
Reddy and Dr GGK Narasimham organized this event. More
than 550 delegates attended this conference.

BARODA.JAN.27:
Dr.R.P.Patel Institute of Homeopathy hosted a seminar
at ‘Hahnemann House” Meissen” Vadodara, by Dr
R.P. Patel. Dr Jawahar Patel Assistant Director welcomed the delegates.
DR.D.P.Ratogi, former Director CCRH, Dr. Jeyesh Sanqui and Dr
Jagada also participated . The world’s renowned homoeopath
Dr R.P.Patel shared his clinical experience in the treatment of
Cancer with 125 leading homeopaths from all over the globe. Dr
R.P.Patel took the delegates on a journey through the practical
application of the Organon, focused on the value of LM potency
with interpretation in our daily practice and also with an added
focus on understanding the miasms. He illustrated the more difficult
cases in his practice with his original case record with pathological
reports.

MALKANGIRI.MAR.3:HMAI Koraput District in association
with Malkangiri District Homoeo Association organized
a Mobile Swasthya Mela at “Nara Narayan Sevashram”
premises pateru near Malkangiri on the occasion of Holi
Festival. About 1.5 Lakhs pilgrims assembled in the Sevashram.
Sri R.K.Patro, presided over the function and
the chief Guest was Dr. K.S.Das. Dr. M.K. Sahu, R.S. Dash
and Sri N.C. Barik, President of Sevashram also participated.
Sri K.M. Das, Journalist the special invitee to the occasion
was present.The special camp treated many ailments and
created public awareness on ill effects of Alcoholism,
Gutka and Panmasala.

7th International Conference Malaysia |
KUALALUMPUR.SEP.2:
The Malaysian Homeopathic Practitioners Association (MRHP)
and The Faculty of Homeopathy Malaysia (FAHOM) hosted
the 7th International & 27th National Conference on
Homeopathy and Complementary Medicine at Genting Highland
Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Her Royal Highness YAM Permaisuri Siti Aishah bt Dato
Seri Abdul Rahman inaugurated the conference. Dr.AK Seth,
Dr. Alok Pareek from India attended the conference. Dr
Nik Omar was the chairman of the organizing committee,
Dr Mohd Nasir was the Secretary and the Registrar Nik
Fairuz co coordinated the event. |

“Epitome” Souvenir Released |
 Rasipuram.
March. 5: Dr.R.Gnanasambandam,
President , Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical College , released
the ‘EPITOME” the souvenir of Hahnemann Homoeopathy
Medical College in a function organized at Expresso Areana Auditorium.
Dr.N.Sunbramanian, Principal of the College received the first
copy. Dr.V.Kannan, Vice Principal, Member CCH also participated. |

HYDERABAD.MAR.12:
IIHP (Indian Institute of Homoeopaths) convened a general
council meeting at the seminar venue. R.Niranjan Mohanty
presided over the meeting and new office bearers were
elected unanimously.
Dr.N.S.Prasanth was elected as National President and
Dr. RB Dagade as secretary General. The national vice
presidents are Dr SS Vithal,Dr RK Varshaney,Dr. KRK Prabhakara
Murty, Dr Parinaz Humranwala, and Dr SK Patra, Dr RD Nanda,
Dr Geeta Mongia, Dr MDV Ramana Rao, Dr OP Dahad, Chandwad,
Dr EM Farooqee are declared as Joint Secretaries. Dr KSS
Siva Murty is new finance secretary and Dr. KRK Prabhakara
Murty incharge of the Journal “Rational Medicine”. |

PIMS
gets homeopathic clinic |
A homeopathic clinic is to be opened in the Pakistan Institute of Medical
Sciences (PIMS).” The clinic would have an outdoor patient department
(OPD) and a ward with 10 beds, while the prescription fee would be the
same as elsewhere in PIMS. Medicine at the clinic will be provided free

power, water in premises |
Lucknow,
March 6: Considered the best out of seven homoeopathy colleges in Uttar
Pradesh, the National Homoeopathy Medical College and Hospital here has
gone without water supply for more than 20 days, and devoid of electricity
for the past five days. |
