A fair tall, thin boy aged 17 presented with pain in abdomen since one month. He had burning pain in the epigastric region which felt back, between the scapulae. He complaints of emptiness of abdomen and ingested food regurgitates in few mouthfuls. The pain was better with cold water and ice cream. The gastro endoscopic study revealed antral gastritis.
