Here he presents a case of Astrocytoma of the spinal cord.

A boy aged 10 years presented the following signs and symptoms
· Pain in cervical region - since 1 month.
· Tingling in right upper extremities > pressure,> Lying on right side.
· Lack of power in right upper extremities.
· Headache - pain in forehead - since 1 month.
· Headache > pressure.
· Pain in abdomen – No specific modalities.

Mental Symptoms
· Patient was emotionally very attached to his grand mother , and mother, he have two brother and 1sister and all these peoples are living in Gorakhpur (U.P.) , and the patient misses them, wants to go home .
· Weak memory
· Taken symptom is 1) Weak memory, 2) Home sickness

Past History :
H/O suppressed coryza.

Family History :
Grand mother- Diabetes.

Physical General
Appetite - Diminished.
Thirst - Extreme.
Urine - Normal.
Bowels - Regular.
Desires - Sweets++
Sleep - Disturbed due to pain.
Thermal condition - Not specific.
Perspiration - On face from exertion.
Physical examination - B.P- 84/50 mm of Hg,
Pulse - 96/min,
Pupils - reactive

Miasm of this case:- Psora, Sycosis,Syphilis.
