A 25 year old software engineer consulted me for his indigestion. He used the toilet very frequently after eating or drinking. He had pain during defecation and passed flatus frequently. He said that his motion is strapped with jelly like mucus. He also complained that a mass is protruding through anus like grapes during defecation with bleeding sometimes. He said” I am tired very often and unable to concentrate on my work” I have headache in the forehead and pain around eyes when my bowels are not clear "
