A Lady aged 35 yrs, house wife, consulted
me for the complaints of black discoloration on the right side
of the face, thigh, and back since six years.(PlateI) No Itching
or burning. Initially the pigmentation started from face and
followed by other parts also involved. She applied some cosmetic
creams and applications prescribed by physicians, which resulted
in vain.

No familial diathesis for hyperpigmentary
disorder. Father is diabetic and mother is healthy.
