journalist after inaugurating AKP homoeopathic Clinical
Research centre Rural Dispensary at Aval poondurai, Thiru.
G.A. Rajkumar, IAS said “Following positive response
from the public to the existing 479 clinics the state government
has proposed to open 300 additional centres at Rs.7.01 crores,
200 would be offer treatment through Siddha, 50 through
Homoeopathy,25 each in Unani and in Yoga and naturopathy.
Pension scheme also included for the physicians
over 60 years old and they would receive Rs. 500per month
irrespective of Indian systems and Homoeopathy. Government
Homoeopathy Medical College will get 10 professors, 10 readers
and one lecturer under this financial year. President, Registrar,
Members of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical council thanked
the Health Minister, Principal Secretary, Health & Family
welfare and the Principal secretary & Director, Indian
Medicine and Homoeopathy.
