A woman aged 48 years came with the complaints
of headache since 4 months. Headache was
frequent, begin from the left temple and
shifts to right, < after sleep. She even
fears to sleep. She feels a rush of blood
to her head especially after any emotional
disturbances. She is very sensitive, even
to the touch of the clothes. Her menses
was irregular since last year. She has burning
in palms and soles, worse at night. During
