This 63-year-old man presented with a long history of dysphagia, regurgitation of undigested food and a nocturnal cough. This film is from a barium swallow and shows the typical smooth, ‘rat tail’ appearance.

A fair young man, aged 24 years, moderately obese, with week memories consulted a Homoeopathic Consultant for his retarded beard and moustache growth. Ultra sonogram of testes and appendages studied undeveloped testes and seminal analysis showing 2.0millions/ml. The patient worries about his hair problem and says” I am living in vain; better to finish my life”. He had suffered from chronic masdoititis on the left side, with ear discharges, smelling foul and fetid. Ear complaints are aggravated after swimming; traveling in cold air. No history of acute infectious diseases like mumps, chicken pox, measles etc.
