     DR. SURENDRA PRASAD SINGH, Advisor (Homoeopathy) to Government of India in Department of AYUSH, New Delhi is well known physician from the Homoeopathic fraternity. He also holds the position as Chairman, Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia Committee; Member, Central Council of Homoeopathy; Member, Scientific Advisory Committee and President of India has appointed him as nominated Member in Delhi University.

     His contributions include 900 Monographs on Homoeopathic Drugs for Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of India and Homoeopathic Pharmaceutical Codex published by Government of India.

     He served as Deputy Advisor for Homoeopathy, Director of Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy and Chief Medical Officer in CGHS, New Delhi.
He is interested in teaching and research.  He was a Visiting Professor, Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College New Delhi in past and  still he continues his career as Visiting Professor at Dr.M.P.K.Rajasthan Homoeopathy medical College & Hospital and also as P.G. Guide.  He is P.G. Guide in B.B.A.University, Agra also. He is member in Governing Body of National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata.

     He has been appointed as administrator by the government of India and Member Secretary, Justice Usha Mehra Commission of   inquiry on CCH.

     He had participated in International Conferences held at U.K., Germany, Netherlands, France and U.S.A and represented WHO as fellow in 1995.

     Delhi Board for Homoeopathic Medicine honoured him with Dr. Yaduvir Singh National ward and Life Achievement Award; Dr. B.D. Jatti Homoeopathic Medical College Dharwad also awarded the Lifetime contribution Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha’s award.

     A science graduate from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, received basic medical study DHMS from R.B.T.S. Homoeopathic Medical College, Muzaffarpur, BHMS (Graded) from Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medical College, Jaipur and post graduation from Dr.M.P.K.Rajasthan Homoeopathy Medical College, Jaipur
