Ledum pal patients are plethoric and of a robust character. It has constitutional coldness rheumatic inflammations of knee joint had responded well with the constitutional features.     Ledum is an excellent drug for arthritis involving ankle joints. I have treated many cases where the complaints are ameliorated by cold applications. A lady aged 48 years presented with pain in ankle joints after chickungunya since one year. She told that cold water application gives her relief. Her one year suffering was relieved within 10 days.    A female child aged 7 years was brought to me with swelling in the lower lip, caused after wasp bite while playing in a garden. The lesion was swollen and red that happened after 15 minutes.
