A female aged twenty one years came to me for the treatment of warts in the hands since twelve years . The warts are brownish in colour and found in the right palm and flexor surface of the fore arm. Left finger tip also found with one tiny wart. She is tall, thin, with emaciate long neck and looses confidence fears for every task. Natrum Mur and Anacardium came to mind

    I prescribed Anacardium 200 one dose since the drug has affinity on forehand and the symptom lack of confidence She had itching on the wart on the second follow up. Finally the warts vanished from her hands . I repeated the same remedy at monthly intervals .
