A
female-aged 67 consulted me for locomotor
ataxia. The MRI suggested some degenerative
changes in the brain and spinal cord.
Initially she had weakness, heaviness
and numbness in both legs progressively
now increased in intensity. I asked to
reel around her with eyes closed, but
she stumbled. Additionally she complained
severe constipation, which made her to
sit in the toilet for long time. She is
also dyspeptic worsened by potatoes. Recently
she underwent routine gynaecological examination
and malignancy was ruled out, since she
suffered from acrid, severe profuse leucorrhoea.
Further she added with great surprise
that her complaints worsened during full
noon
