Hypertension with hydrocele
 

     A male aged 41 years consulted me for hypertension. The ultra sonogram of the testes revealed right hydrocele and induration. He gave the history of exposure and treated with injections. I prescribed Aurum met 10M one dose on empty stomach and followed with sac lac for a month. The patient had shown remarkable improvement with induration and hypertension. The patient is still on treatment.
