    Aurum met is the medicine for high blood pressure, which brings violent headache, congestion in head, sleeplessness and even blurred vision. In palpitation, the pulse is rapid, feeble and irregular.

   Aurum met has special affinity on bones, a remedy for bone pains and decay. . Right side affinity. Secondary stage of syphilis: Nasal bone, palatine and mastoid bones caries may require Aurum met. There is foetid discharge from nose, obstructed, painful, ulcerated and swollen.
