ANAMNESIS
A thirty eight year old lady, widower was
brought to my consultation for swelling all
over the body. Her face was puffy, body is
edematous and legs shown pedal oedema. Her
abdomen was and very tender on palpation.
During Examination she said,” It is
burning and pains as if beaten!” The
navel area was smooth and moderately everted.
Her past history revealed urtcarial rashes
all over the body and the investigation reports
confirmed nephritis. She was irritable, weeps
easily and she said “ No Thirst at all!”
her skin and mouth were dry.
