A male aged 25 yrs who is employed in a marketing division of an automobile industry, consulted me for chronic headache since five years. He was emaciated, very pale, and with blue rings around swollen eyes, headache < sun, gaslight. He had the complaints of Catarrh with profuse discharge during day and stopped at night.
