Homoeopathy Convention in Patna |
PATNA.JAN.17:
At the inaugural of the 2-day conference of the Homeopathy Science
Congress at the Patna Planetarium on Saturday, prominent homeopathy
physicians from across the country enunciated the importance of
homeopathy science saying despite major advances in the field
of modern medicine, homeopathy still paid a vital role in treating
patients at a much lower cost.
The event organized to mark the 84th birth anniversary of noted
Homeopathic doctor B. Sahni was inaugurated by none other than
Patna’s very own homeopathy veteran Dr. B. Bhattacharya
“The science of homeopathy is closely associated
with nature and its wonderful healing powers. By using homeopathic
medicines, the patients’ immune system is not damaged in
any way and if anything at all, it helps increase the immunity
in a patient,” Dr. Bhattacharya, who is a household name
in Patna and even places outside Bihar, said.
Dr. Farooq J. Master, a prominent homeopathy physician
from Mumbai, said homeopathic medicines were particularly effective
in treating young children and pregnant women and were proven
to be very valuable in treating patients with skin or mental illness.
Other eminent doctors to attend the conference included
Dr. Subhash Singh, Dr. Ramji Singh, Dr. Neetu Singh, Dr. Amit
Sahni, Dr. B. M. Ojha, Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh,
