1. Radiological Quiz

A 45-year old lady presented with intermittent episodes of right upper quadrant abdominal pain.  Each episode lasted 2-3 hours, was associated with nausea and occasional vomiting.  She was never jaundiced.  Abdominal examination was unremarkable.  Her liver function tests were normal.  She consulted a homoeopath with her abdominal ultrasound scan.

2. Anamnesis
   

A young emaciated girl consulted me for her white discharges as main complaint. She is shy, timid and her flushness in her face shows anxiety and nervousness. She is thin and looks pale, that evidently showing anemia. Her periods are regular, profuse and had streaks of bloodstains in between periods. White discharge is bluish, thick and watery. She also complained with great shyness that she was unable to use toilet in public places and she had ineffectual desire that frequently makes her to visit toilet.
