ANAMNESIS
A female-aged twenty-nine years old gained
weight after second delivery complained more
dullness and inability to attend her day-to-day
activities. Elevation in TSH level and moderate
decrease in T3, T4 levels confirmed Hypothyroidism.
She presented the signs and symptoms of typical
hypothyroid patient. Adding further for individualization,
she has tendency to catch cold and abnormal
craving to eat tiles. Sweats in the nape of
the neck, more during sleep. She had occasional
bouts of pyrosis. .
