Homoeopathic medicines is a man of recognition and fame in
the world of homoeopathy all over India and abroad. A homoeopathic
and pharmaceutical technologist by education and training,
he is the founder Director of two apex organizations on India,
the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy and the Homoeopathic
Pharmacopoeia Committees and Conventions of India and U.S.A.
He has also served as a State Drugs Controller and Adviser
in homoeopathy.
Dr. P.N.Varma's work on
chemical/ pharmacological standardization leading to statutory
controls of homoeopathic medicines is well recognized in India
and Abroad. He has authored many books on homoeopathy including
the Encyclopedia of Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeias.
The latest
four volume Encyclopedia of Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia &
Drug Index has been approved as a reference book for pharmacy
by the Central Council of Homoeoapthy, a statutory Body under
the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare of Govt. of India.
He has credit over a dozen books and hundred research papers.
India today exports Homoeopathic medicines
to Western countries. It manufactures dependable International
quality medicines. Much of the credit goes to Govt. of India
and its officials working for Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia &
statutory control of homoeopathic medicines. Dr. P.N. Varma
