ANAMNESIS
A 40 years old Gardner consulted me for his
backache since three years.He had pain with
stiffness and tight feeling around the spine.
He had received various systems of Medicine
and finally his complaint was diagnosed as
“Ankylosing spondylosis” His X
Ray for lumbo sacral spines showed calcium
deposits over ligaments and discs. The vertebral
bodies become deformed into a square shape
giving an appearance of a bamboo spine appearance
confirming the diagnosis. He had stiffness,
limited motion and painful. I prescribed a
wonder drug to the patient and surprisingly
he improved a lot.
