The patients are pale, Hippocratic, sunken and with dark rings around the eyes. Easily exhausted and prone to prostration and shows the manifestations of syphilitic miasm. The chilly patients complaints worse from cold, rainy and damp weather, the complaints are better by warmth in general. Complaints always right sided.
