A boy aged 4 years was brought to my consultation room with complaints of cough since 2 months. Yellowish expectoration. Cough < evening and night. Appetite reduced. Loss of weight noted, stool and urine normal. Fever comes on and off, mostly in the evening. Desires ice cream, oily fried food but <by them. Diagnosed as Primary Complex. X-ray chest revealed enlarged hilar lymph nodes.
