An old man aged 67 years presented with
generalized pain all over the body after
recent chikungunya fever. He feels bruised
pain as if bones are dislocated and broken
all over the body. Feverish with chill with
bitter vomiting. Pain is more over the back,
head, and chest and limbs especially the
wrist. He has vertigo with sensation as
if falling to the left. He extends with
chronic cough more at night.
