A male child aged 4 years was brought to me for delay in milestone and seizures. His head was enlarged than usual size and presented typical hydrocephalus; he was very weak and thin. He stares at every body’s face with a vacant look with wide opened eyes. The child looks idiotic and answers slowly. Highly irritable, easily angered and does not want to be disturbed. Her mother told he screams at night while sleeping, bores his head into the pillow and rolls from side to side. He had the habit of boring his nose and picking his lips.
