BERLIN, MAY. 3: Liga Medicorum Homeopathica Internationalis hosted a world medical congress at Berlin, the capital of Germany, 193 km away from M,where Hahnemann born 250 years ago. Approximately 1500 participants from over 50 countries.      51 exhibitors, 70 Journalists, 81 lectures in the scientific and 38 in the statetilite symposiums shaped the congress. The four days program was scheduled in three level programs in different halls.

AngelikaGutge Wickert and Berthold Fleig inaugurated the congress.        The opening ceremony was accompanied by peter Siche, who was singing the original song.       The seminar halls in three levels were arranged simultaneously. DVD and VCD were supplied for those who missed a program for minimal cost. German, English and Spanish languages are the medium of the congress, translated simultaneously through wireless earphones, selection of channel for their convenience.

   Many speakers and research scholars presented their papers all over the world. Dr.Diwan Harish Chand, Dr.D.P.Rastogi, Dr.Manchand. Dr.Parween pareek. Dr.Alanki lectured on different topics from India. Dr.Rupa, Dr.Rajendran and Dr.Srinivasulu displayed their posters.

      The arrangements, punctuality in programs coined by the organising team interplan is so good. Every body is treated with equally. No care for very very important persons.

      A special tour program was organized by the organizers to Meissen,the birth place of Hanemann; torgov,the place where the organon of medicine first edition was worked;kothen, the final living part of Hahemann and great works like theory of chronic diseases and fifth edition of organon was published.

BHOPAL, APRIL.24: The government Homoeopathic Medical College is association with Homoeopathic Association of India, Madyapradesh Branch hosted Homoeopathic festival at Apex Bank Auditorium. Shri.Sunil Sood, Mayor of Bhopal presided over the function.

BANGALORE, APRIL.10: The Karnataka State Branch of the Homoeopathic Medical Association of India had organized a rally in paying tributes to Hahnemann, the founder of homoeopathy.

      The rally started from Vidhana Soudha to Karnataka Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine. The procession was flagged off by Sri Ravishankar and Mr. Ananth Kumar, Member of parliament was the chief guest. Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences Syndicate Member, Dr. R. Shanthakumari; Karnataka Homoeopathic Board President Dr.Veerabramhachary; HAMI Karnataka State Branch president Dr. B.T. Rudresh; Dr. B.S. Manjunath, were participated along with doctors, students and well wishers.

ERNAKULAM, MAY.20: Dr.Padiar Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College, Ernakulam, Kerala hosts a dream festival “Esprit de Corps” from 5th to 8th July 2005. The committee calls all colleges and practitioners to participate the competition, cultural events, scientific session and Medical exhibition.

The organisers of 60th congress of the LIGA had arragned a special tour program to Meissen, torgouv and Kothen.The tour team supplied a special wine at meissen called “Hahnemanian Wine” to the participants. When pulmonary consumption was prevalent, Hahnemann advised his patients to consume wine as medicine.
