Sepia, one of the greatest contributions of our master Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann is a medicine from the animal kingdom. This wonderful remedy has got its sphere of action on the female genital organs, the gastrointestinal tract, portal system and liver, the nervous system, skin and glands. It is a great constitutional, antipsoric and antisycotic female remedy and has been nicknamed as “ The washerwoman’s remedy”.

The mental picture of a Sepia lady is as a consequence of the uterine derangement and the lady has got a “tell- tale – face”, which is an indicative of the internal imbalance and derangement.
