In Sinusitis, Frontal after suppressed Acute Coryza, Pulsatilla is of infallible application. I have tried in many cases with following indication. Headache- frontal with heaviness sensation over the eyeballs. Pain is more on bending downwards, mild fever, discharge from nose yellowish offensive or non-offensive. In this cases Puls 200, a single dose was given. Potency 200 was prescribed based on miasmatic disposition of sycotic, which is partially developed.

    Ars alb helps in most cases in my practice. Usually the patient present their symptoms as headache or cold with headache. The patient sneezes, the discharge is thin, watery and suffers from headache. Restlessness and irritability are the accompanying symptoms. If the nasal discharge is profuse I use, Natrum Mur.If purulent I prescribe Pyrogen. Gunpowder, Hydrastis and Hepar sulph are also helpful in my practice.

    A boy aged 12 years presented with dry coryza and frontal headache. Earlier patient was having greenishyellow discharge, symptomatically Pulsatilla was prescribed. Mental make up revealed that he gets angry on trivial matters. His mother told that whenever he gets angry that remains for two to three days. He desire sweets. Lycopodium 200 cured the complaints.

    I have used Luffa Operculata in upper respiratory complaints and it gives very successful results. Heaviness in forehead, obstructed nose, sneezing with tearful lachrymation, breathlessness are the leading indications. The patients are sensitive to all stimuli and highly irritable. I use 6x, 12x and also 50 millesimal potencies (0/3,0/6). I have used successfully in allergic rhinitis, hay fever, sinusitis and bronchial asthma also in many cases.
