    A 7 years old boy was brought in to me by his mother for the consultation for his eruptions on the scalp. The eruptions oozed out sticky fluid which gave a filthy smell when he stood nearby. Her mother told his body smells very offensively even after well bathing. He is playful and roams all the day, but restless and screams out throughout the night.
