‘Arnica’ is a boon to Homoeopathy. It gives miraculous immediate
cures in traumas. It is best remedy to rejunuvte the blood circulation in
contused parts. It gives cure for old injuries also. We must have Arnica
in our First Aid box. I cured many small to big accidental injuries with
one or two doses of Arnica 30 and 200 itself. It also subsides the delirium
stage of head injuries with bruised pain.

A lady aged 30 yrs was suffering from Chronic Traumatic Arthritis,
with Tennis Elbow since two years, following an injury 6 years back,
with severe pain and the characteristic, Fear of another person getting
too close to her, or even a footstep worse makes her crying loudly.
Pain < light touch, or rest. According to these symptoms I prescribed
her Arnica 1M two times a day for two weeks followed with Placebo.
All her symptoms disappeared within a month, and her Tennis Elbow

| I was called to see a lady
of 86 yrs who fell down in bathroom following vertigo.She had an injury
in the occipital part of head. When I visited her, I saw a huge haematoma
-on her head and it was around 6-8 inches in size. They already visited
an allopath for Surgical intervention which was refused considering
the history of Diabetes and cardiac insufficiency. Swelling was very

Neuralgia

A twelve years boy presented
at t Dr.Hahnemann Homoeopathic medical college hospital out patient
department, with daily attacks of severe pain in left leg and calves
of both legs. The pain is bruised like and worse in the evening
by 6 pm and persists throughout the night. He couldn’t sleep
because of pain. < At rest; exertion after; > least touch;
motion He was investigated and diagnosed as a |
case of spina bifida L5 with
coarctation of aorta six years back. Since then he was on allopathic
treatment. Initially I prescribed Hypericum 30 based on concussion
effects in the spinal region. He was slightly better. When I reviewed
the case for further follow up he gave the history of fall from bullock
cart six years back, for which he was hospitalised for five days .
After that he had no attacks pain for few years. The sore bruised
pain appeared once in fifteen days and the intensity also got worsen
day by day. Arnica 10M was prescribed. Pain totally vanished and intresting
to note a point surprisingly some changes had shown in the X ray.
The bifid spine in L5 area showed no abnormality.
