1. Radiological Quiz

A forty-year-old male presented his case of chronic Headache since 9 years. Additionally he complained of nasal catarrh with nose block on both sides. Headache gets worse while stooping. Snoring disturbs every one in his family. He sneezes in the early morning hours and is worse from dust. His vision and blood pressure are normal. A homoeopathic Physician advised him to under go a plain X ray for Para Nasal Sinuses. The X ray is given here.

2. Anamnesis
   

A forty-three old, moderately obese female consulted me for her itching eruptions in-between the toes and fingers on both sides. I observed that lesions are limited to the inter web spaces and also noticed cracks on the edge of the fingers and in between the toes. Another feature was deformed nails. She also conveyed that lesions discharged clear white fluid.
She complained of habitual constipation and delayed menses.
