Clinical Establishment Act

     The Central Government has decided to place the 'Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Bill in the budget session of Parliament. As per the Bill, the clinical establishments would include hospitals, maternity homes, nursing homes, dispensaries, clinics and similar facilities with beds that offer diagnosis, treatment or care for illness or injury or pregnancy in any recognised system of medicine such as Allopathy, Yoga, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha and Unani.

TNHMC President G.P.Hahnemann

     Government of Tamil Nadu has nominated Dr.G.P.Hahnemann as President to the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council and Dr.T.C.P.Nambiar and Dr.Subramanian, Kallakurchi also nominated as members under nomination category. Principal secretary, Department of Health and Family welfare; Principal secretary and Director, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy and Principal, Government Homoeopathy Medical College, Tirumangalam are also members to the council.

HIV and Cancer Research

      AGRA FEB.7: An international research centre in collaboration with six European countries was inaugurated in order to make research in cancer and AIDS in the field of homoeopathy more potent was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of the Agra University K.N. Tripathi.


Arogya Fair 2010

      CHANDIGARH,FEB.04: The Fair aimed at spreading awareness on Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy. Free medical checkups, live Yoga demonstrations, Lectures are also arranged.
