She was comfortable on rest. Her burning pain in the region of the stomach was triggered by tension, spicy food and excitement; better with cold foods, Ice cream.

Her appetite was increased: She drank more cold water: Her scalp sweats profusely with smells, sweetish; Her sleep was disturbed and she talks in sleep. Desires for sweet, spicy and aversion to meat. Her B.P was 130/80 mm of Hg and pulse rate was 120/Minute. Auscultation perceived as Tachycardia.

Mental, intellectual state of mind is irritable, quarrelsome by temperament, always hurry at her work, anxious, very sensitive and emotional, weeps easily, very moody and changes frequently, suspicious, and absent minded and Music unbearable; worse her tremor, Fixed ideas that she would be having cancer, since her grandma had similar swelling and her aunt died of carcinoma uterus.
