2. Anamnesis
   

A washerman aged 45 years presented warts on the dorsum of the hand on both sides. The excresance are fleshy and large. He had medication for arthritis three years back and also suffers with occasional pains which was worse in damp places where he has to work. He had received allopathic medication for urticarial rashes when he was 23 years old. He is moderately obese and irritable patient.
