ANAMNESIS
A thirty six year old lady tailor by profession
consulted me for her headache since 3 years.
Even though her vision was corrected with
spectacle, she had pain around both eyeballs
with severe burning, worsen's after exertion
and looking into the fine objects. CT scan
skull also studied normal. She also had pain
in wrists, ankle < Exertion; Low back pain
was better by lying on the bed. Her past history
revealed only warts in the palms. A similimum
prescribed had cured her all complaints.
