A woman of 45 years old presented with breathlessness, irregular breath, with frequent deep sighs. Her imaging studies revealed mitral stenosis. She had been jaundiced few years back. She slowly narrates that her heart would stop beating if she moves. Her face was pale which appeared purple and lips were bluish.
