CHENNAI .APRIL.11 : The Chief Guest Thiru. Naresh Gupta awarded the Gold Ring to Dr.Vinay. A Ishnava, the grand winner of the Homoeo Times Diagnostic quiz and honored him with “Dynamism Award” Selvi .V. Vinatha, of Nethra Homoeopathic Medical College, Coimbatore received the Gold coin and honoured with “Similimum Award”. The Gold and awards were distributed in a celebration organized for World Homoeopathic Day and a public awareness program on infertility “Fertility 2010” at Music Academy Mini hall, Chennai Dr.A.S.Manikavel, Managing Director, Mercury Nursing home presided over the inaugural session.Thiru.Naresh Gupta IAS, CEO and Addl Chief Secretary inaugurated the Public Awareness Program by lighting the kuthuvizhakku.Eminent physicians, Dr.A.Thamaraiselvan, Dr.G.Suresh, Dr.K.Raju, Asst Director, CCRH accompanied Dr.Eswara Das, Director, National Institute of Homoeopathy, garlanded the statue of Hahnemann, the founder of Homoeopathy. Selvi. G. Ramya welcomed the gathering. Dr.Swetha Bhat performed the master of ceremony.

      Homoeo Times Journal is conducting exclusive quiz competitions “Diagnostic Quiz” for physicians and “Photo Quiz” for students since last Five years and now conducting the Contest for the sixth year. The Quiz Panel of the Journal announced “Gold Ring” for the Diagnostic quiz winner and “Gold Coin” for Photo quiz winner. Many practitioners and students participated enthusiastically. Every month winners were selected from both the competitions and stethoscopes were awarded with a Certificate of Excellence and the runners received Excellence Certificate.

      This year the grand winners entered directly without any competition and won the prizes and awards.
