A fatty, chubby boy with short neck aged 8 years was brought to me for sinusitis. His vision was normal. His X ray for PNS confirmed bilateral frontal and maxillary sinusitis. Her mother told that he passes a tough, ropy greenish plugs from his nose every day and while sleeping salivation hung in strings. His headache in forehead and occiput was relieved after discharges. I examined his throat, the tonsils were normal, yellow coating at the base of the tongue and uvula was red and swollen. I prescribed a remedy, which cured his chronic complaint.
