ANAMNESIS
A one -year-old male Child was brought to
me for periodical attacks of sudden breathlessness
at midnight. The child wakes in the midnight
with bouts of dry cough and sits up and gasped
for breath. The child also had nasal obstruction
and always breath through mouth while sleeping.
Nasal Endoscopic studies revealed normal adenoids
and moderate swelling in the tonsils. Mother
conveyed that child sweats profusely all over
the body when awake and his body is so hot
when asleep. His father told that they are
living nearby a flour mill.
