Medorrhinum is the most valuable nosode and it has the highest value in constitutional treatment. The remedy calls attention while treating the chronic diseases of different varieties like congenital deformities, both mental and physical disabilities , when the past History of the patient is presented with suppressed or maltreated Gonorrhea, This remedy has given good results in pelvic Inflammatory Diseases, Bronchial asthma and Chronic arthritis Medorrhinum is needed for the patients who is born into a sycotic family. It has high value in malignancy with painful indurations. Medorrhinum the pains are worse in the daytime, and with Syphilinum in the night.

     
     Medorrhinum is being used in my practice very frequently in warts and also I also use this remedy in Nephrolithiasis, in which recurrence is reported after using the beneficial remedy lycopodium. I treated successfully few cases of alopecia areata with Medorrhinum 200, followed with 1M and 10M potencies in which syphilinum failed. I prefer this remedy as antisycotic when anti syphilitic remedy fails to cure.

     
    I have widely used this remedy for female complaints particularly for the urogenital complaints with successful results. The sycotic Miasm prevails the genetal tractmostly presenting Leucorrhoea , indurations and proliferations. I have treated infertile females with this remedy using it as an intercurrent. Prominent modality I find lying on the abdomen.

     
     Medorrhinum and Thuja occidentalis are great Anti Sycotic and the remedy picture is very similar. Medorrhinum is a Nosode, where as Thuja represents the plant Kingdom. In such case what do we do? For instance treatment of warts, when Thuja not responded, Medorrhinum can be complemented. I had treated successfully such cases. In Arthritis and Asthma, in some cases, use of this remedy had avoided recurrence. The modalities “Knee chest position” and” lying on the abdomen” are important “key “ in many cases. I have cured a chronic bronchitis with this key alone.
