Name : Noisseria genetthceae Neissor 1879.
Distribution
: Uetheral discharge from
patients of acute Gonorrhoea.
History and Authority :
Introduced
and proved by Dr. Swan Provings by Swan, Ren Dell, C. H. Allen, Finch,
Norton, Frost, Farrington, Cleveland, Laura Morgan, Berridge, Wilder,
Higgins, Ostrom, Nichols, Peace, Sawyer, Carr, Bigler. Macdonald, in Great
Britain, and Noegerath and Lydston, in America, have published fatal cases,
and the effects of the poison.
Sphere of action:
It
predominantly affects the CNS, Lymphatic, skin, mucus membarane, joint,
CVS, Respiratory, GIT, urinary and sexual organs. All troubles which can
be traced to a sycotic origin.
Miasm
: Sycotic miasm
Thermal reaction
: Antithermal.
Diathesis
: Rheumatic and Gouty
Pathogenisis
: It affects,
a) The brain and spinal cord, producing
paralysis, trembling and fidgety feeling with loss of memory.
b) Cardiovascular and Respiratory
system resulting in dyspnoea, pain and cough.
c) Joints manifesting as a rheumatism
or gout.
d) Glands enlargements of glands
all over the body.
Preparation:
a)
Under Nosode,Group N-11,suspension consisting of 20´10 germs/ml
is obtained proceed according to “General Instructions for preparation
of Nosodes” Group-N-11 to obtain 1X.
b)
Trituration 2X,
Drug strength 1/100
Medorrhinum 1X,
1.0 ml
Saccharum Lactis
99.0 g
To make one hundred grams of the
Trituration.
c)
Potencies : 3X and higher to be triturated in accordance
with the method,H.P.I.Vol.1 page 19,6X may be converted to liquid 8X,H.P.I.vol,1
page20,
Storage : Preparations below
6X to be stored at a temperature about 5° and are not to be allowed
to freeze.
Caution : a) Not to be
dispensed below 6x.
b) 6x should be free from live germs
and should pass the test for sterility as mentioned in Drugs Act.
