a case of Renal Calculus.
A 42 year old male had Left renal calculus,
since 7 months. Initially he had pain in the back. Routine examination
and imaging study revealed renal calculus. While consulting
he presented with dull aching pain which was persistent through
out the day. He also had bubbling sensation. He had chest pain
on left side since 10 which was of years stinging type pain
